Refund Policy

We want your order to reach you in good condition. Please check items at delivery or pickup and contact us quickly if something is wrong.

Eligible returns

Returns or replacements may be accepted for damaged, incorrect, expired, or missing items when reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Non-returnable items

Opened food items, used cosmetics, used toys, worn jewellery, custom gift packs, and items damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Proof required

Please keep the bill, packaging, and clear photos or video of the issue. This helps us verify the problem and process the request faster.

Refund method

Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method, UPI, store credit, or replacement, depending on the order and customer preference.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 3 to 7 working days. Bank or payment provider delays may take additional time.
